1. The service
Policyleads, Inc. provides a marketplace where eligible agents browse consented life and health insurance leads and unlock individual files with credits. These terms govern the site, dashboard, credits, and related support. By creating an account you agree to them.
Policyleads is not an insurance carrier, agency, or producer. We do not sell policies and we are not affiliated with any carrier.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to buy leads for a licensed life or health insurance practice in the United States (or another region we list on a file). You are responsible for holding the licenses required to contact a prospect in that state or province.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Each workspace is an organization with seats, a shared credit pool, and members you invite. You are responsible for activity under your login, including unlocks and exports. Keep credentials and passkeys to yourself. Workspace admins control seats, billing, and who can spend credits.
4. Credits, plans, and refunds
New workspaces receive 10 free credits. Seat plans grant credits each billing period into the shared pool. Extra packs add to the same pool. You always see a lead’s credit cost before you unlock.
Credits are a prepaid right to unlock files on Policyleads. They have no cash value. Plan credits refresh at the start of the next period; leftover credits and extra packs stay in the pool until spent.
If you unlock a lead and the number is disconnected or invalid, request a dead-number refund from Contact or Support in the dashboard. We refund those credits to the workspace pool. Unlocks are otherwise final: you paid to see a specific file, not for a policy sale.
Subscriptions and packs are billed through Stripe. Seat changes, renewals, and cancellations follow the billing screens in the dashboard.
5. Unlocks and exclusive claims
Unlocking spends credits and reveals sealed contact details for that workspace. A lead may still be available to other licensed agents until remaining slots are gone or someone pays the exclusive price. An exclusive claim removes the file from other workspaces.
Inventory is finite per region and line. Once a file is claimed or aged off the board, we do not guarantee a replacement.
6. How you may use lead data
Unlocked contacts are for your workspace’s insurance sales outreach only. You may not:
- Resell, rent, or publish the contact file.
- Share it with another agency that did not unlock it.
- Use it for an unrelated product, a data append, or a marketing list outside insurance.
- Scrape the board, automate unlocks in a way that abuses inventory, or attempt to recover sealed fields without paying.
You may export unlocked contacts for the dialer or CRM your agency already uses. That copy stays under these same limits.
7. Calling and compliance
Every listed lead is captured with TCPA consent and phone-verified before it appears. Unlocking shows the consent timestamp. A fuller packet is available on request as described on TCPA compliance.
You remain responsible for how you dial: calling hours, Do Not Call lists, identification, scripts, and any state insurance or telemarketing rules that apply to you. Policyleads does not place calls on your behalf.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass prospects, evade consent, probe other workspaces, or interfere with the credit ledger, import tools, or other agents. We may suspend a workspace that burns inventory, disputes consent in bad faith, or tries to extract data it did not unlock.
9. Disclaimer
The marketplace is provided as is. We do not warrant that a given prospect will answer, qualify, or buy a policy. Intent scores, freshness, and filters are decision aids, not guarantees.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Policyleads is not liable for lost commissions, lost pipeline, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amounts your workspace paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close access if you breach these terms or if we have to take a workspace offline for security or legal reasons. Unused credits are not cashed out except where a dead-number refund already applies.
12. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the updated date is acceptance of the new terms.
13. Contact
