TCPA-consented inventory, timestamped

Every lead on the board is captured with consent and phone-verified before listing. Here is what that means for the files you unlock.

Consent before listing

Prospects opt in through our partner network. A file does not hit the board without a TCPA consent timestamp.

Phone-verified

We verify the number before the lead is listed so you are not buying obvious disconnects. Dead numbers after unlock are refunded in credits.

Packet on request

Unlocking shows the consent date on the file. Need the fuller packet for a complaint or a carrier? Open a TCPA ticket and include the lead.

What you get when you unlock

The public board shows first name, last initial, line of coverage, location, age, and intent — not the phone or email. Spending credits unseals the contact file for your workspace.

The unlocked file includes the TCPA consented-at timestamp (and language when the partner captured it). That stamp is the record that the prospect opted in to be contacted about insurance before we listed the lead.

Files with a complete packet are priced accordingly. If you need more than the timestamp — for a carrier, a complaint, or your own archive — open a support ticket with topic “TCPA / compliance packet” and name the lead. Include the unlocked file if you already bought it.

What stays on you as the caller

Consent on the file is the start of a legal call, not the whole program. Independent agents still own the conversation.

You place the call

Policyleads does not dial for you. Your agency is the caller under TCPA and state telemarketing rules.

Honor calling hours

Stay inside permitted calling windows for the prospect’s time zone. Consent is not a license to call at any hour.

Keep your DNC process

Run your own Do Not Call and internal suppression. If a consumer asks you to stop, stop — even if they consented to be contacted originally.

Identify yourself

Say who you are, why you are calling, and that they inquired about coverage. Do not claim to be a carrier. We are not affiliated with any carrier.

Disputes and packets

If a prospect says they never opted in, stop calling and send us the file. We will pull the partner consent record and the listing timestamp. Do not keep dialing a disputed number while that review is open.

We list only consented, verified inventory and we do not recycle the same phone across the board in-window. That does not replace your own suppression list.
