- How do credits work?
- Your workspace gets a pool of credits. Unlock a lead and we deduct that lead’s listed cost. Plan credits arrive at the start of each billing period. Extra packs add to the same pool.
- Is this per seat?
- Yes. You pay per seat, and credits are granted per seat into one shared workspace pool. A three-person Basic team on monthly billing gets 750 credits each month.
- Do I have to subscribe to buy leads?
- New accounts still get 10 free credits. Your workspace admin can turn on a plan for a monthly allotment. Extra credit packs can be limited to subscribers depending on how the workspace is configured.
- Do unused credits expire?
- Plan credits refresh at the start of the next period; leftover credits stay in the pool. Extra packs stay until you spend them.
- How much does a single lead cost?
- Most leads cost between 12 and 30 credits depending on freshness, intent score, and coverage size. You always see the exact cost before you unlock.
- What if a lead’s number is disconnected?
- Every lead is phone-verified, but if you reach a disconnected or invalid number we’ll refund the credits automatically.
